I tried explaining this on a previous podcast. His contact had to receive a confirmation of +/- for PCR. Yet instead of keeping him out, they ASSUMED and/or didn’t care…and then yanked him after a + test. You can’t overthink protocol. It gets complicated when it’s supposed to be at its basic simplest to understand. NO All-Star games. AD revenue be damned man.
