Nico wasn’t the happiest guy in the gym last night. Defense does indeed win championships, and AD is a great defender and scorer, but you don’t give up Luca for him.

He could see some time in the waning moments, but otherwise, no.

Note to his successor: they’ll give you a 5 year deal but you’ll only have to work the first season.

Imagine the Lakers trading Magic for McHale, or Kobe for Pierce. That’s how Mavs fans feel.
