Mark Walter is already looking to expand Lakers front office

   Rob serves as President of Basketball Ops and GM. I think one of the first moves Walters makes is building out the front office and hiring a GM to help Rob since he just signed an extension. I also think they move fairly aggressively to build a pro scouting dept.
