It’s an interesting PR strategy by the NBA that is certainly not transparent and hides the nature of the problem. I guess they can argue player privacy concerns but at least don’t show them in the box score as DNP coach’s decisions. NBA should be better than that. I’m disappointed. Let’s hope it was a case of contact tracing and not testing positive where other players are at risk.
