Pelinka doing a great job building consensus by involving the coaches and superstars in every decision as a team.
Building mutual trust is essential in running an organisation and it will always carry the day. Good job by Pelinka.
You know… it’s a team thing and they ARE the team. The filler around them matters of course but this team goes as far as AD and LBJ take it. Been that way since he cme over and will be that way until one or both retires.
