Remember the great game Roll Calls by Lew on the LA Times Lakers Blog? Would love to reprise those for Lakerholics. I’m going to be watching the Lakers even though my Yankees will be playing their season opener at the same time. Anybody else out there planning to watch. Let us know you’ll be there by commenting below and during the game. Go, Lakers!!!
LakerTom answering roll call. Looking for:
1. KCP to start for Avery Bradley.
2. Waiters to come off bench for Rondo.
3. Load Management for LeBron and AD.
4. Kuzma to be part of closing lineup.
5. Anthony Davis to play more center.
6. Talen, Devontae, and Kostas to play.
I will be watching the game. I getting ready to get to the house in few minutes, and looking forward to a great game. Tom, I have a hard copy of a roll call from 2011 La Times blog. I am thinking about forwarding it to you to see if you can make a template of it for the blog. Let me know how I go about that.
That would so great, Buba. Please send it to me. My long term goal is to make Lakerholics the modern version of the once great LA Times Lakers Blog but with social media features to prevent the divisive commenting that led the Times to close the blog.
Of course I will be watching right after Yankees!! FUN!!
Thanks, DJ. The solution is to watch one game on TV and the other on your laptop. We’re in the age of multi-tasking!
