KEVIN LOVE TO LAKERS?
Cavs are small market team that could be looking to slash expenses and accelerate their rebuild (aka tank). Might be interested in 4 Lakers' expiring contracts (Green, McGee, Bradley, and Cook) for Kevin Love, who would be ideal 'small ball' center for LA. pic.twitter.com/7WSl9vFxm5

Kevin Love is a possible small ball 5 option for the Lakers. He has 3 years left on his contract, is 32 years old, averaged 17.6/9.8/3.2 while shooting 45.0/37.4/85.4%. If the Cavs were willing to move him in a salary dump, the Lakers would not be giving up much since Bradley and Cook were DNP and Green and McGee slumped. Still keep Kuzma, THT, and pick.
Easy way to upgrade the roster with a third scorer who can stretch the floor and pass on offense and excellent rebounder and outlet passer who can kick start fast breaks on defense. If Lakers other options don’t pan out, KLove could work. And he has experience playing with LeBron.
And he gives the Lakers a nice salary to go after a true superstar at the trade deadline along with a re-signed KCP, Rondo, and maybe Morris and Howard.
