Spurs run it again only this time DeRozan is the screener, Mills is the ball handler. The key is the weakside. Instead of hitting DeRozan or Mills attacking, watch Forbes. Aldridge screens in on Forbes man, quick skip for an open 3. Multiple options out of one set is huge. pic.twitter.com/BQRf5T7eVd

LOL.
Not to mention. DeMar is a better shooter than one Giannis Antetokuonmpo. If Giannis isn’t the paint, he’s not really shooting it a whole lot. DeMar stretches the floor, where Giannis does not. It can be argued, DeMar is a better drive and kick passer than Giannis, a better transition passer than Giannis.
Yeah, he’s not 6’11 and he can’t get to the rim in 2 1/2 strides and the defense is questionable
His game is nice. The fact a lot of Lakers fans think he’s trash, that he needs the ball (like Harden and Giannis) is hilarious.
He averages almost 6 assists per game
We may not end up with him at all, but facts don’t matter anymore on social media.
I’d be fine with DeMar but we’d need to trade the farm for him and that’s also why I’m anti-CP3. Trading away 3-4 players, plus picks isn’t what the Lakers need to do. We just won it all with this squad, after all. Now if our 2 opt outs pull the trigger and walk, if Rondo can’t be brought back and Morris bolts…that’s a different scenario but until those eggs hatch I’m not going to go predicting what they’ll do. Hopefully have some answers by the Sunday podcast and we can debate something factual as opposed to theoretical. Dog days man…
He’s the perfect NO 3&D guy. Exactly what the Lakers do NOT need or want. These rumors have to be coming from the Spurs or DeMar’s agent.
