The Morris twins actually do share a bank account and Marcus’ $64 million contract with the Clippers surely enabled Markieff to sign with the Lakers for the Vet minimum. By not accepting a 20% non-Bird raise, he even enabled the Lakers to have space under the hard cap to sign 15 rather than 14 players. Thanks, Clippers.
