Knicks could put out an all-lefty lineup!
A lot has been written about the Knicks but one thing has been overlooked:
The ability to put out an all-lefty lineup. With a few smart signings it's possible.
PG: Goran Dragic
Wings: RJ Barrett, Kent Bazemore, CJ Miles
C: Julius RandleBENCH:

NBAPA already negotiated NBA down to 25% escrow

2021-22 cap number may be closer to $125M than $115M or $109M
Last two salary cap thoughts before leaving hoops for the day:
– I don’t expect to get a 2021-2022 cap number this werk.
– I expect the 2021-22 cap number we ultimately DO get to be closer to the original projection ($125 mil) than the pandemic-influenced projection ($115 mil)

On Part 2: the cap is typically based on PROJECTED revenue, not revenue from the previous season (though they normally go hand in hand). There will be added escrow and other losses to cover, but if revenue is projected normally, the cap should be mostly normal.
