KCP!!!
Aloha
KCP resigned for 3 year 40mil. Unless something is going on with Javelle they must have back loaded the deal. Only had 12 mil to sign him for this year.
Poor front office is why Giannis may be leaving Milwaukee!
Aloha Tom, This is the trade i dislike the most. A couple of comments that will apply to a few other trades. first i like to look at is the incoming players skill set out weight what we give up. in this case the answer is a resounding no. Trezz and THT are so much better then what we are receiving. you love volume shooters but the shots a player gets on one team doesn’t mean the get the same shots on another. so first Right is not a volume shooter. He shoots .397 from 3 but on only 2.5 shots a game. Alex shoots 40% on 2.3 plus he is a great defender. We don’t need wright. Ellington may get us a couple extra 3’s a game but goodness that is not worth what we give up. Tonight THT’s growth was on full display. Tonight he ran the point beautifully and he can play the 2 and 3 as well. And Trezz is a certified beast. Big no on this trade.
Adding Montrezl Harrell to roster puts Lakers in position to repeat
It will be a new-look Lakers team that attempts to defend its championship next season, writes @billoram.
And that's a good thing, based on the shrewd moves Rob Pelinka made this week.https://t.co/LhfhG1BHuZ

The Lakers are a long way from finding out if the moves they made Friday night will lead them to another championship.
But when the dust settled on the first day of free agency, the Lakers emerged as clear winners after luring Sixth Man of the Year Montrezl Harrell from the Clippers and adding veteran shooting guard Wesley Matthews to replace Danny Green.
Combine those moves with the arrival of Dennis Schröder earlier in the week, and the champion Lakers are suddenly younger, nastier and poised to enter the fast-approaching season as favorites to repeat.
Rajon Rondo has agreed to two-year, $15M contract with Atlanta Hawks
This is the trade that has the biggest impact in transforming the Lakers 3-point shooting differential so that we take and make the same numbers of threes per games as the Clippers, Nets, and Jazz. It adds 10.5 more threes per game to the 30.7 we now take, obviously all from Devonte and Malik.
Graham is 26 and shoots 8 threes per game at a 35.7% clip, down from 9.3 at a 37.3% clip last year. Devonte also averages 5.6 assists per game so can play both guard spots. Monk is just 23 and shoots 5.5 threes per game at a 43.2 clip. These are the kinds of shooter you surround LeBron James with. These are young Kyrie Irvings and Ray Allens. Guys who scare opponents to death who teams cannot afford to leave to double Bron.
Gives the Lakers a brilliant trio of guards with Schroder although it costs us Alex Caruso, Talen Horton-Tucker, Montrezl Harrell, and our 2027 first found pick. Puts the Lakers into the modern 3-point era. Might be my second favorite trade after Myles Turner. Huge cost but monster payoff.
