I’m really starting to believe the Trade Machine was the worst invention ever to be unleashed upon humanity…
There are trade machines and reality. The two rarely intersect. While Nico doesn’t appear to be the brightest bulb but I do not believe he is that stupid. I know one guy that is not stupid is Ainge. He’s not going to take on 3 years of Vando’s contract for removing a pretty meaningless top 4 protection on the 2027 pick and another meaningless pick swap in 2028.

When looking at these trade proposals, since stats and analytics are so NOW, we need to have “what each team gets, what that team gave up”….especially when there are 7 teams involved. Just my opinion, but since Adam Silver is kinda lame, …I say trades should be limited to 3 teams maximum……and a draft pick cannot go back to the original team, no exceptions. And a player cannot go back to the team traded from for one year. For example….Max Christie would not be eligible to be traded back to the Lakers (2/2/2026)….Keep it simple….The CBA is like doing brain surgery without AI…..
