Including the projected $32.7M contract of Anthony Davis, the Lakers are $27M below the tax and $33M below the hard cap. Well positioned to bring KCP back and still use the full ML.

Could it be a big move for Gordon Hayward…?
Not sure how I feel about that if it is…dude has been hurt a lot, like a ton, and hasn’t ever resembled his All Star self since that foot injury. I’d rather bring back Pope.
No Hayward.
Right on, Sean. All you need to do is look at the current Lakers roster to see starting center is the biggest need.
PG: Schroder, Caruso
SG: Caldwell-Pope, Horton-Tucker
SF: James, Kuzma
PF: Davis
CE: McGee
I would offer either one of them the full $9.3M NT MLE.
Then sign Boogie. Can’t have McGee as your only center.
