Each year Austin’s numbers have not been that far behind Kobe’s in each of his first four years. This year it is even closer.
Kobe- 28.5 ppg 5.9 rebounds 5 assists 46/31/85 shooting splits
Austin 28.1 ppg 5.7 rebounds 6.6 assists 52/36/88
If Austins stats continue this season he would have the most efficient shooting splits for a 25+ ppg guard in NBA history. Yes, Austin isn’t going to be traded.
