Pelinka Will Give Team 20 to 25 Games Before Making Major Moves

I think this is a great move by Pelinka to give the current roster 20-25 games to show what they can do and then make moves to fix situation rather than waiting until the trade deadline. I still think there’s a chance for a move before the start of the season, just to open up that last roster spot.
20-25 games you say? Hmmm…that sounds like…(checks notes)…yes, yes that sounds like he means sometime after December starts…when almost any player that was traded or signed an extension can be included in a trade. Astounding.
I wonder who else has been saying this all summer…?
