Okogie would be a great addition if the Lakers could dump Milton and Vanderbilt….Milton can be released, no one wants Vanderbilt with his health history, salary and zero offense.
I just checked, sorry used Perplexity AI, on Laker salary ramifications in waiving, or trading Vanderbilt….comes down to the opinion that no other team wants him because of his contract, lack of offfense and injury history….so now that Okogie has been waived, he may just be a duplicate type player as Vanderbilt, and that’s not what the team needs….I feel the Lakers need to add a center….wonder if Thomas Bryant wants another go around….offense is more important during the season, and I’d rather see the entire team step up their defense personally and coaching strategy wise. I don’t think having 3 main rotation players with minimal offense would be wise…..
