I don’t think LA had tried. This was a time when LeBron was trying to build his own kingdom and Kobe had already established in his own.
But man, LeBron James and Kobe Bryant teaming up?
Wow, imagine the sheer magic of that moment—it would be an absolute dream come true! The energy, the chemistry, the once-in-a-lifetime brilliance of such a dynamic duo—it’s almost too incredible to fathom. If only we had the chance to witness it unfold! Opportunities like this don’t come around often, and who knows if we’ll ever see anything like it in the future. But one thing’s for sure—if it had happened, it’s going to be legendary.
We had Pau, LBJ made too much for him to be signed as a free agent. Not sure we were on his list, at the time, because they were all East Coast teams (Knicks, Heat, Cavs if memory serves).
But dreams are free so keep on keepin on.
